Disciplinární řád československých legií na Rusi

The legal system of the Czechoslovak legionnaires in Russia developed autonomously from the beginning of 1918 as a result of their separation from the headquarters in Europe. Although its central element was undoubtedly the military courts in several levels, there was also a system of disciplinary authority of commanders. This disciplinary system, after an attempt to adapt foreign regulations, specifically French and Russian, was ultimately built on an original disciplinary code created and approved by the legionnaires themselves. This article deals with the aforementioned legionary disciplinary code, which was used from the summer of 1918 until the evacuation of the legions from Siberia.
