Descripción general del contenido del recurso.

Improving the thermal conductivity of polymer-bonded explosives (PBXs) is an important way to enhance the resultant adaptability of PBXs. This study aimed to optimize the secondary thermal conductivity network through the combination of covalent and non-covalent modifications. Initially, polydopamine (PDA) was coated on graphene via π-π interactions, followed by grafting trimethoxy(1H,1H,2H,2H-heptadecafluorodecyl) silane (F17) to strengthen interfacial bonding between the matrix and binder. The modified graphene (pGra/F17) significantly improved the thermal conductivity of TATB-based PBXs, achieving a maximum value of 1.108 W m−1 K−1, a 66.6 % increase over pure PBXs. Additionally, the optimized secondary thermal conductivity network reduced interfacial thermal resistance and enhanced thermal shock resistance by 121.9 %. Mechanical tests confirmed that the composites exhibit superior strength and toughness. Theoretical models corroborated the experimental findings, demonstrating the effectiveness of the modified graphene in forming efficient thermal conductivity pathways and improving overall performance. This approach offers a promising strategy for developing advanced PBXs with enhanced thermal and mechanical properties.
