This study aims to continuously optimize the exhaust manifold to ensure long-term stability of reliable performance, and focused on exhaust manifold examining low and high cycle fatigue at high temperatures. The thermal stress and thermal modes under load conditions are analyzed using calculational results, subsequently, an optimal scheme is devised and its practicality is verified through finite element analysis. The results indicates that the equivalent plastic strain increment of the bracket in the base design is 1.22%, whereas the improved base design reduced this value by 26% and 21% respectively. These results enhance credibility to the design methodology and verification process, laying a solid theoretical foundation and reference framework for troubleshooting exhaust manifold failures under multiple-load scenarios.
