INTRODUCTION. Today, the visual image of the media influences the popularity of the publication. The aim of the study is to analyze the compositional and graphic models of Russian literary magazines. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The empirical basis of the study consists of 30 issues of the journals “Neva”, “Nizhny Novgorod”, “Native Kuban”, “Ural”, “Altai” and “Siberian Lights”, published between 2023 and 2025. The main research methods are structural and compositional analysis, visual and graphical analysis, typological method, comparative analysis, and descriptive method. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION. The visual elements, typography, corporate identity and layout of literary magazines “Neva”, “Nizhny Novgorod”, “Native Kuban”, “Ural”, “Altai” and “Siberian Lights” were studied. It is determined that the compositional and graphic model of literary magazines is subject to a strict structure and the consistency of visual element usage. CONCLUSION. It is established that the literary magazines under study demonstrate differences in approaches to issue design. “Neva” remains faithful to the thematic concept of the release, “Ural” and “Altai” adhere to the structural organization, while “Nizhny Novgorod”, “Native Kuban” and “Siberian Lights” successfully combine ideological orientation and structural clarity in a holistic visual composition. The results of this study can be used to analyze the compositionalgraphic model of printed journals, including literary ones.
