Descripción general del contenido del recurso.

With the rapid escalation of carbon dioxide emissions, the contradiction between economy, environment and energy is becoming more and more prominent, and the power generation industry, as a typical carbon emission subject, is facing the urgent requirement of low-carbon transformation. A carbon capture power plant with power-to-gas (P2G) was constructed, and the economy-environment-energy (3E) comprehensive evaluation index system of the power plant was established by analyzing the 3E characteristics of the power plant. In order to obtain the relevant data of the 3E evaluation indices, a two-stage robust optimal scheduling model of the power plant was constructed and solved using the constraint generation algorithm. Furthermore, the combination assignment method and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (GRA-TOPSIS) were designed to form the 3E comprehensive evaluation model. Simulation analyses were carried out with actual data to verify that the carbon capture power plant with P2G has better integrated economic, environmental and energy benefits compared with the WT-GPPCC system and the WT-GFPP system under the environment of the electricity-carbon market, and that the integrated benefits brought by the carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technology to the system are sufficient to compensate for its high operating cost, and that the proposed 3E integrated evaluation model has good applicability.
