Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una nueva fábrica de chocolate

"El objetivo de este estudio es definir la viabilidad económica e ingenieril de la instalación de una nueva fábrica de chocolate para Mamuschka. Primero se estudia el mercado, creando proyecciones para la demanda y precio del chocolate. Posteriormente, se dimensiona la fábrica, su ubicación, las máquinas necesarias y el balanceo de línea. Luego, teniendo en cuenta el financiamiento, impuestos, costos, ingresos y egresos de la empresa, se confecciona el cuadro económico y se determina el Valor Actual Neto. Por último, se analizan posibles riesgos de mercado, económicos o ingenieriles, se planifica su mitigación y, en línea con el objetivo del informe, se determina si el proyecto es o no viable". Firstly, a market study is conducted, creating a forecast for the chocolate’s demand and price. Subsequently, the factory and its location, the machines needed and the productive schedule are dimensioned. Then, taking into account the financing, taxes, costs, income and expenditure of the company, the economic framework is drawn up and the Net Present Value is determined. Finally, market, economy or engineering related risks are analyzed, their mitigation is planned and, in line with the project objective, it is determined whether it is viable or not."
