Nhân nhanh in vitro cây công chúa hồng (Philodendron erubescens Pink Princess) được thực hiện nhằm xác định nồng độ chất điều hòa sinh trưởng phù hợp cho việc nhân giống loài cây này. Trong nghiên cứu, phương pháp nuôi cấy in vitro được sử dụng, với môi trường MS bổ sung các chất điều hòa sinh trưởng như Kinetin, NAA và than hoạt tính. Ba thí nghiệm chính gồm: (1) tác động của Kinetin lên sự nhân chồi; (2) hiệu quả của NAA và than hoạt tính lên sự tạo rễ; (3) khả năng sống của cây trong điều kiện thuần dưỡng. Kết quả cho thấy: (i) môi trường MS bổ sung Kinetin 1,0 mg/L cho số chồi trung bình là 6,07 và 22,6 lá sau 8 tuần, (ii) MS có than hoạt tính 1,0 g/L đạt tỉ lệ tạo rễ 100% sau 4 tuần, (iii) cây in vitro đạt tỉ lệ sống 100% và phát triển tốt trong nhà lưới.
