Iniciativas escolares y el trabajo con la comunidad: Aportes de la Antropología para abordar las relaciones entre educación y contexto

En el presente artículo analizaremos los sentidos que asumen líneas de acción vigentes centradas en las relaciones entre escuela y comunidad. Aludimos a propuestas que, en función de lograr un abordaje integral de las trayectorias educativas, instan a los espacios escolares y de atención a la infancia a llevar adelante un trabajo sostenido con el entorno inmediato en donde se insertan. Nos interesa develar las orientaciones que asumen las formulaciones generales (estatales y no), como así también las apropiaciones en los contextos de actuación de los sujetos. Para el análisis nos basaremos en los avances de la investigación antropológica y etnográfica que venimos realizando en el Gran Buenos Aires, Argentina. A estos registros sumaremos los obtenidos en actividades de transferencia universitaria, cuyo eje han sido las relaciones entre escuelas, organizaciones sociales e infancias. Es intención del artículo recuperar los aportes de la tradición antropológica para desnaturalizar supuestos y sentidos en torno a las relaciones entre educación y contexto.
In this article, we will analyse the meanings that assume the current lines of action centred on the relations between schools and community. We refer to proposals that urge the schooling spaces and those dedicated to the attention of childhood to carry out a sustained work with their immediate contexts, in order to achieve an integral approach of educational trajectories. We are interested in unveiling the orientations that the general outlines (produced by the state or not) undertake, as well as the appropriations that take place in the contexts of action of the subjects. We will base our analysis on the developments of the anthropological and ethnographic research that we have been carrying out in the suburbs of Buenos Aires City (known as “Gran Buenos Aires”), Argentina. To these ethnographic records, we will add those obtained through university transference activities, focused on the relations between schools, social organizations and childhoods. The intention of this article is to recover the contributions of long-term anthropological tradition for the denaturalization of assumptions and meanings regarding the relations between education and context.
