The uneven level of economic development among countries in the era of globalization is a significant problem.
Some countries achieve rapid economic growth, while others lag behind. This situation is related to the international
division of labor, capital and technology flows, as well as trade relations. Developed countries are in an advantageous
position because they have more financial and technological capabilities. Developing countries, on the other hand,
remain dependent on foreign investments and export opportunities. This article will examine the benefits and
disadvantages of the globalization process for countries by examining various literature. At the same time, references
will be made to the opinions of researchers who have analyzed this topic and conditions will be created to improve the
level of research on the topic. In the next direction, statistical data will be analyzed based on data from official
organizations such as the World Bank and the World Trade Organization and the practical part of the topic will be
