Proyecto leche regional "Las Sofías"

"En el siguiente trabajo de analiza la viabilidad de instalación de una planta pasteurizadora en el polo tambero cercano a las ciudades de Cañuelas, San Miguel del Monte y Lobos, comercializadora de una nueva marca de leche, pero de alcance regional. El proyecto busca aprovechar las ventajas económicas de localizarse cerca de la producción de leche cruda, reduciendo los costos logísticos con el fin de lograr un producto local, de precio final bajo, aumentando los márgenes de ganancia de todos los actores de la cadena, por eliminar el mayor costo argentino, el logístico."
"The following study analyzes the feasibility of installing a milk pasteurizing plant located somewhere milk industry area near the cities of Cañuelas, San Miguel del Monte and Lobos, at Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The project involves building a new brand for selling the pasteurized milk at a local scale. The goal is to seize profit from the financial advantages of installing the pasteurizing plant near the raw milk production facilities and the intended market targeted, minimizing costs involving logistics. The company shall be capable of delivering a high quality, locally developed and low-price product while maximizing the profits of all parties involved."
