<strong>الخلاصة</strong><br /> <strong>تم وصف طریقة طیفیة سهلة وحساسة لتقدیر الکلورامفینیکول بشکله النقی وفی مستحضراته الصیدلانیة. تعتمد الطریقة على التفاعل بین الکلورامفینیکول المختزل والکاشف اورثو- کلورانیل فی الوسط المائی القاعدی مکونا معقد الشحنة المنتقلة ذی لون ارجوانی یمتلک طیفا امتصاصیا له أقصى امتصاص عند 527 نانومیتر. أمکن تطبیق قانون بیر ضمن مدى التراکیز 2-65 مایکروغرام/مللتر فی حین کانت الامتصاصیة المولاریة 3.72</strong><strong>×</strong><strong><sup>3</sup></strong><strong>10 لتر.مول<sup>-1</sup>سم<sup>-1</sup> . بلغ حد الکشف </strong><strong>0.456</strong><strong> والحد الکمی</strong><strong>1.521 </strong><strong> مایکروغرام/مللتر ومعدل نسبة الاسترجاع 100.9% فی حین کان ألانحراف القیاسی النسبی أفضل من 2.2%. کذلک تم دراسة طبیعة المعقد ومیکانیکیة التفاعل. طبقت الطریقة بنجاح فی تقدیر الکلورامفینیکول فی مستحضراته الصیدلانیة بشکل کبسول وقطرة العین بدقة وتوافق جیدین. کما تم مقارنة الطریقة المقترحة مع الطریقة القیاسیة فی الدستور البریطانی وطرائق طیفیة أخرى.</strong>
