Argentina y la política latinoamericana: la cuestión de las diferencias

La vinculación de la Argentina con América Latina por muchos motivos es un tema insoslayable. Uno de estos motivos se vincula con la noción de pertenencia por el papel que en esta época desempeña la mencionada noción en términos de relaciones internacionales. Justamente, la situación geoeconómica y la complejidad sociocultural son dos aspectos que están muy conectados a la variable política y que tienen que ver con la vecindad y la convivencia. Las políticas de cooperación e integración aplicadas a través de distintos medios, son una muestra contundente de la importancia que ha adquirido en los últimos tiempos el concepto de pertenencia. La Argentina, mediante su política exterior, ha manejado esta pertenencia de distintas formas. Pero desde la redemocratización ha valorado significativamente su condición de país latinoamericano, sobre todo de país conosureano. Por este motivo la política regional ocupa un lugar más que destacado en la agenda externa del país. The entailment of Argentina with Latin America by many reasons is a insoslayable subject. In this sense, the Argentine foreign policy and the Latin American policy has given interesting signals like the formation of the Group River and the creation and expansion of the MERCOSUR. But in parallel, there was a tendency in which each country, mainly, Brazil, Chile and Mexico, accentuated their international individuality. The author asks itself about the Argentine perception of the changes and on its reaction before the differences that were arising between Brazil, Chile and Mexico in the field of the international policy.
