Motorbikes are an object that is very prone to being stolen, anticipating theft is not enough just by installing a safety lock, but it needs to be equipped with a monitoring and control system to reduce theft of motorbikes because motorbikes are generally not equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System). In this final project, a Tracking Device is designed or a tracking device that can work in IoT. IoT (Internet of Things) is a computing concept about everyday objects that are connected to the internet and are able to identify themselves to other devices. NodeMCU ESP8266 and Android Smartphones are used as control components for tracking devices. The signal or data obtained is in the form of vehicle position coordinate data which can be seen on GoogleMaps, and this tool is equipped with a relay that functions as a switch to turn on or turn off a motorbike that is stolen from a distance. The test results of this tool, the user can control the motor from a very long distance as long as the device and the user still have internet access, the user can only give one command every 15 seconds, either the command asks for the coordinates of the vehicle's position or the command to turn off the motor
