Traducciones, versiones y homenajes en la poesía de José Emilio Pacheco

La importancia de la traducción y de la versión en la actividad intelectual del escritor mexicano José Emilio Pacheco (1939) cobra mayor relevancia en cuanto ambas constituyeron la sección final de sus poemarios, con el título de "Aproximaciones". Por otra parte, todos sus libros acuden a fuertes relaciones intertextuales, homenajes, citas y textos "a la manera de", además del uso de heterónomos, conformando una red que respalda su concepción de que "la poesía se hace entre todos", concepción que le posibilita, por momentos, confiar en la permanencia de la palabra poética ante la convicción del futuro como destrucción y ruina. The importance of translation and version in the intellectual work of the Mexican writer José Emilio Pacheco (1939) becomes highly relevant since both activities constituted the final section of his poem collections, with the title "Aproximaciones". Moreover, in all of his books strong intertextual relations, homages, quotes and texts "in the style of", besides the use of heteronomy, abound. All of these weave a net which backs his belief that "poetry is made by all of us", a conception allowing him at times to trust in the permanence of the poetic word against the conviction of the future as destruction and ruin.
