Optimización de estacionamientos

"Este trabajo propone en análisis de la situación actual de garajes y estacionamientos en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. El objetivo principal es encontrar una solución a un conflicto contemporáneo y mediante distintos análisis de ingeniería poder hallar una alternativa que sea totalmente adaptable a la infraestructura existente en la ciudad. Se debe considerar, que la solución a elegir y plantear en este trabajo se desarrollará bajo ciertos supuestos planteados siempre en un contexto conservador, los cuales serán acordes a las condiciones de mercado actuales. Se debe tener en cuenta que el principal objetivo de este trabajo no consiste solamente en optimizar el funcionamiento de una industria en particular, sino que además se busca crear nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo, favoreciendo a automovilistas y a todos los perjudicados que cada vez les resulta más complicado deambular por la ciudad". "This paper will analyze the current situation of parking spaces in the city of Buenos Aires. Its main goal is to try to find a solution to current parking spaces problems in the city, through different engineering analysis trying to find an alternative suitable solution to current city infrastrucure problem. From the study done, we will introduce different alternative to improve the parking system in place in the city. We must consider that the solution to be chosen in this paperwork, will be implemented under different suppositions considered under a conservative scenario, according to current market conditions. This project looks after improving the current parking industry situation, and also to create new development opportunities that will not only benefit this industry in particular, but also will improve the situation of all car owners".
