Descripción general del contenido del recurso.

Peringkat cabang olahraga beregu Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun menjadi fenomena memprihatinkan. Berbagai faktor dapat berperan mempengaruhi kondisi tersebut termasuk faktor psikologis, yaitu motivasi berprestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan motivasi berprestasi pada atlet cabang olahraga beregu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 149 atlet cabang olahraga sepakbola yang diambil dari populasi melalui teknik cluster random sampling terhadap klub-klub cabang olahraga sepakbola di Kabupaten Demak. Analisis data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel yang diteliti.
