"En el siguiente trabajo se estudia la incorporación de clases virtuales para los cursos de ingreso de Ingeniería del Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Se realiza un análisis del cliente, conociéndolo en profundidad, para proponer una nueva herramienta en forma de plataforma virtual para el estudio durante el curso de ingreso. El análisis se en cuatro etapas: el análisis de mercado, de tecnología, económico/financiero y de riesgos. Se verifica, en la primera sección, el valor agregado que tendrá la incorporación de la plataforma a la universidad y a los alumnos involucrados. Luego se realiza un estudio de mercado para analizar la posible venta y sus respectivos precios. También se estudia el mercado proveedor y se realiza un análisis interno y externo del negocio, definiendo estrategias de comercialización y marketing. El análisis de tecnología se estudia qué tecnología utilizar y se detallan las funcionalidades del sistema que será necesario desarrollar para el negocio. En el análisis económico/financiero se analizan las inversiones necesarias para realizar el proyecto y los respectivos costos, como así también los indicadores relevantes para decidir sobre la inversión como Valor Actual Neto (VAN) y Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR). Por último, se llegará a la conclusión de si resulta rentable invertir en el proyecto". "In this paper we the integration of virtual classes for admission courses of Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. An analysis of the client, known in depth, is made to propose a new tool in the form of virtual platform for the study during the course of admission.
