"El análisis de riesgo es el estudio de las causas de las posibles amenazas que puedan traer consecuencias negativas en los resultados de un proyecto. Para comenzar el análisis primeramente se hará un estudio de la cadena de producción, del mercado, de la ingeniería y por supuesto de las variables que mayormente incidan en el futuro del proyecto. La aplicación del estudio se hará sobre un ciclo de reproducción completo en la cadena de producción cuyo resultado final es generar cerdos para el crecimiento y el engorde que serán vendidos a frigoríficos como principales clientes."
