Background in the training of teachers of children's pedagogy in and for diversity

The interest in educational care for diversity is not new in the XXI century, since some decades ago interest in the subject has been fixed by observing many consequences of exclusion in different areas of people's lives, Of them school life. From the Unesco Report (1996), creative diversity was enunciated as an option for the peoples and a challenge to linear, unique and uniform paths, such as a change of thought to the value of the livelihoods of the communities of The peoples, to affirm the value of their cultural wealth and as a requirement of human well-being as a global ethic. For this reason, we searched for new human development criteria taking into account the cultural and socio-cultural factors that influence development, the objective of the commission commissioned to Pérez de Cuellar at that time was to show how: Culture shapes our thinking, our imagination and our behavior, culture is the transmission of behavior as a dynamic source of change, creativity and freedom, which opens up possibilities for innovation. For groups and societies; Culture is energy, inspiration and empowerment, as well as knowledge and recognition of diversity (Unesco, 1996, p.11).
