Peculiarities of multinational corporations as agents of economic global security

This article emphasizes debates of topical interests in the contemporary economic domain, taking into account that multinational corporations have been described both in the academic literature and in the practices of international business as vectors of economic security and factors of developing global economy. The main objective of this paper is the review of the economic and social implications of the multinational corporations in the local and global markets in which they operate, in the context of economic globalization.
