Alternativa sonora como inclusão dos deficientes visuais na formação profissional e acadêmica pelos ambientes de educação a distância: rompendo barreiras e superando limitações

Este artigo tem, como objetivo, apresentar uma alternativa de atuação, como forma de incluir os invisuais no mercado de trabalho por meio de ambientes de aprendizagem mediados por computador (AAMC), que implementem a acessibilidade nas normas dos padrões internacionais, como as da W3C- Consórcio para a Web. O Special Edition é um sistema falante, hospedado em um servidor que reconhece, em especial, a chamada para o link do ambiente Teleduc. Utiliza recursos sonoros, não necessita trabalhar em conjunto com outros leitores de tela para interpretar as informações e enviá-las ao deficiente visual. Foi desenvolvido em software livre, com tecnologias PHP e MySQL, com módulos do sistema de sintetizador de voz Festival e do sistema DosVox para servidores Web. The objective of this article is to present an alternative performance as a way to include blind people in the market of work through environments of learning mediated by computer (AAMC), that they implement the accessibility in the norms of the international standards, as of the W3c- the Trust for the Web. The Special Edition is a talkative system, housed in a server who recognizes, in special, the call for link of the Teleduc environment. It uses sonorous resources, it does not need to work in set with other readers of screen to interpret the information and to send them it the deficient appearance. It was developed in free software, with technologies PHP and MySQL, modules of the system of synthesis of voice Festival and of the DosVox system for Web servers.
