Estéticas de la naturaleza: aportes desde el arte contemporáneo en Argentina y en China

A raíz de la emergencia de problemáticas que han afectado visiblemente el balance ecológico sobre la tierra, se ha operado un profundo cambio respecto de la concepción y el lugar del “paisaje” y de la “naturaleza” en la representación y la reflexión artísticas contemporáneas. Siguiendo este desarrollo, desde un enfoque interdisciplinar y atendiendo al diálogo abierto entre Oriente y Occidente, este trabajo aborda la cuestión del paisaje en el arte contemporáneo a fin de reconocer diferentes acercamientos, maneras de pensar y representar el espacio, así como también la relación entre el ser humano y la naturaleza. Para ello, proponemos una aproximación a la obra de la artista argentina Mónica Millán y del artista chino Yang Yongliang, quienes, a través de diferentes formatos y lenguajes, han generado formas de reflexividad y conciencia crítica sobre la actualidad del paisaje y sobre los efectos de la interacción con el entorno natural, tanto en términos filosóficos y estéticos como sociales y ecológicos. As a result of the emergence of problems that have visibly affected the ecological balance on earth, a profound change has occurred regarding the conception and place of “landscape” and “nature” in contemporary artistic representation and reflection. Following this development, from an interdisciplinary approach and considering the open dialogue between East and West, this work deals with the question of landscape in contemporary art in order to recognize different approaches, ways of thinking and representing space, as well as the relationship between human beings and nature. For this purpose, we propose an approach to the work of the Argentine artist Mónica Millán and the Chinese artist Yang Yongliang who, through different formats and languages, have generated forms of reflexivity and critical awareness about the actuality of landscape and the effects of the interaction with the natural environment, both in philosophical and aesthetic terms, as well as in social and ecological ones.
