La metodolog\u00eda utilizada es de tipo aplicada con dise\u00f1o no experimental y nivel explicativo, a la vez us\u00f3 un enfoque cuantitativo con un m\u00e9todo hipot\u00e9ticodeductivo. La poblaci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 193 profesionales de la salud de una red de salud p\u00fablica en La Libertad y la muestra 84. La recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n fue por medio de una encuesta, y se emple\u00f3 como instrumento dos cuestionarios con validaci\u00f3n de expertos y mediante el alfa de Cronbach se determin\u00f3 su confiabilidad.
