El mismo que se ha formulado para definir la incidencia actual de la brecha de recursos humanos en el sector de la salud, considerando la cambiante realidad de este sector. La investigaci\u00f3n corresponde al enfoque cuanti-cualitativo de tipo aplicada, en lo cuantitativo se aplic\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o: descriptivo, explicativo, correlacional causal y para la parte cualitativa el dise\u00f1o fenomenol\u00f3gico concurrente y teor\u00eda fundamentada. Se determin\u00f3 que la brecha de los recursos humanos afecta en la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n brindada en la Red de Salud S\u00e1nchez Carri\u00f3n, en el a\u00f1o 2022.
