{"success":true,"title":{"id":"351540","title":"Modelo de control gerencial para evaluar el desempe\u00f1o del personal que labora en un centro de salud, Ferre\u00f1afe","author":"Saca Ortiz, Patricia Margarita","isbn":null,"issn":null,"publisher":"Universidad C\u00e9sar Vallejo","publication_year":"2023","resource_url":"","abstract_text":"El desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n se hizo para proponer un modelo de control gerencial para evaluar el desempe\u00f1o del personal que labora en un Centro de Salud, Ferre\u00f1afe, mediante una investigaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica cuantitativa dise\u00f1o no experimental en una muestra de 29 personas a quienes se le aplic\u00f3 un cuestionario. Los resultados evidencian un desempe\u00f1o laboral a nivel medio con un porcentaje de 51.7% y ubicando en desarrollo a nivel medio sus tres dimensiones como iniciativa 55.2%, dimensi\u00f3n de logro de metas con 58.6% y relaciones interpersonales con 55.2%. As\u00ed mismo, ante el estudio del modelo de control gerencial que se desarrolla actualmente se obtuvo el bajo desarrollo con 51.7%.
