La investigaci\u00f3n fue de tipo b\u00e1sica y de dise\u00f1o no experimental correlacional. La poblaci\u00f3n estuvo conformada por 301 usuarios del servicio de medicina de un centro de salud p\u00fablico, Chocope. La t\u00e9cnica empleada fue la encuesta a trav\u00e9s de los instrumentos, el cuestionario SERVQUAL para calidad de atenci\u00f3n y el cuestionario CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) para satisfacci\u00f3n del paciente estos instrumentos fueron realizados de manera presencial dentro del centro de salud p\u00fablico. Se aplic\u00f3 prueba no param\u00e9trica utilizando coeficiente Rho de Spearman, obteni\u00e9ndose como resultado Rho de 0,538, con un valor de significancia de 0,000 menor al 0,05.
