La investigaci\u00f3n es de tipo no experimental y dise\u00f1o descriptivo correlacional, con una poblaci\u00f3n muestral de 60 trabajadores de la Red de Salud de Ica. Se consider\u00f3 para la muestra la misma cantidad de la poblaci\u00f3n, empleando el muestreo no probabil\u00edstico. Para la recolecci\u00f3n de los datos se aplic\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica de la encuesta y su instrumento el Cuestionario sobre clima organizacional y el Cuestionario sobre satisfacci\u00f3n laboral. De los resultados obtenidos se ha logrado determinar que el clima organizacional influye significativamente en 54,02% en el comportamiento de la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral de los trabajadores de la Red de Salud de Ica, 2016.
