El estudio fu\u00e9 b\u00e1sico cuantitativo; la muestra estuvo constituida por personal de salud de la Microred en un n\u00famero de 49, considerando un muestreo no probabil\u00edstico por conveniencia, los instrumentos aplicados fueron las encuestas de Gesti\u00f3n del talento humano y desempe\u00f1o laboral. Los resultados muestran que del 100 % (49) del personal encuestado, el 67.3 % (33) considera que en la Microred de Salud Luya existe una regular gesti\u00f3n del talento humano. Por otro lado, respecto al desempe\u00f1o laboral, el 69.4 % (34) considera eficiente el desempe\u00f1o y el 26.5 % (13) bueno. Las pruebas estad\u00edsticas aplicadas al estudio (X2: 12.539, R de Pearson: 0.493, Correlaci\u00f3n de Spearman: 0.497) indican que existe relaci\u00f3n altamente significativa entre la Gesti\u00f3n del talento humano y Desempe\u00f1o laboral en la Microred de Salud Luya (p1=0.006<0.05, p2=0.000<0.05, p3=0.000<0.05).
