La metodolog\u00eda del estudio ha tomado en cuenta un enfoque cuantitativo, un nivel correlacional de dise\u00f1o no experimental de corte transversal, se emple\u00f3 como t\u00e9cnica la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario validado por cuatro jueces expertos, que se aplicaron al personal de salud para medir la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral en relaci\u00f3n al trabajo remoto.
