Consideraciones sobre la negociación en el Derecho Internacional

Las negociaciones tienen gran relevancia en las relaciones internacionales. Es una herramienta que emplea el Derecho Internacional en la gestión de los conflictos y es la base de la función diplomática. El objetivo de este artículo es realizar una aproximación a la negociación desde el Derecho Internacional Público. Así, se busca dar respuesta a los siguientes interrogantes: 1) ¿Qué es la negociación internacional y cuáles son sus características? 2) Desde el punto de vista del Derecho Internacional Público, ¿está regulada? 3) ¿Existe la obligación de negociar de buena fe? The negotiations are highly relevant in international relations. It is a tool that applies International Law in conflict management, and it is the basis of the diplomatic activity. The objective of this article is to carry out an approach to negotiation from Public International Law. Thus, it seeks to answer the following questions: 1) What is international negotiation and what are its characteristics? 2) From the point of view of Public International Law, is it regulated? 3) Is there an obligation to negotiate in good faith?
