Purpose: The increase in environmental pollution due to the depletion of natural resources has attracted the attention of society and businesses, and the importance of sustainability has increased. In this direction, enterprises have started to carry out activities related to sustainability. The sustainability activities carried out by businesses also have an impact on their corporate reputation. One of the important issues regarding corporate reputation is the perception of sustainability among employees and green business behaviors. For this reason, the research aims to determine the sustainability perceptions and green business behaviors of employees and to evaluate the corporate reputation of businesses from the perspective of employees. Method: In the research, interviews were conducted with employees working in the three most well-known businesses of the country operating in ground services in airlines in Istanbul province using the purposive sampling method. In the research, phenomenology (phenomenology) design, one of the qualitative methods, was used, and the data obtained with the semi-structured interview technique was examined with content analysis. Result: The themes of the research were reached by subjecting the data obtained from the participants to content analysis. As a result of the content analysis, the sustainability perceptions of employees consist of three main themes: social, economic and environmental. As a result, it was determined that the employees have sustainability awareness. Green employee behavior was gathered under two themes: participation in environmental activities and sensitivity to environmental activities, and it was concluded that employees are sensitive to environmental activities. Finally, corporate reputation consists of two main themes: reputation originating from the product and service offered and reputation originating from emotional appeal. Employees do not consider sustainability activities when evaluating corporate reputation. It is thought that this study, which brings a different perspective to the literature on the contribution of sustainability studies to corporate reputation, will make an original contribution to sustainability and corporate reputation in the aviation sector.

Keywords: Perception of sustainability, Green Organizational Behavior, Corporate Reputation
