Summary

Descripción general del contenido del recurso.

Zeolite-based catalysts, owing to their adjustable acidity, high thermal stability, and well-defined microporous frameworks, play a crucial role in thermocatalytic processes such as hydrocarbon conversion and environmental remediation. In this study, we systematically investigate the influence of zeolite framework topology and Si/Al ratio on the catalytic performance of Cu-Pd-loaded zeolite catalysts for low-concentration methane oxidation. A series of zeolite supports with varied topologies (MFI, MOR, BEA, FAU) and Si/Al ratios were synthesized and characterized to illustrate the relationship between structural features and catalytic activity. Our results reveal that both the pore structure and acid site distribution significantly affect the dispersion and interaction of active metal species, thereby modulating the oxidation efficiency. Mechanistic insights into the structure-performance relationship provide valuable guidance for the design of advanced zeolite-based catalysts for methane oxidation.
