Política tecnológica en la Argentina : ¿hay algo más que laissez faire?

It examines, on the one hand, the history of public policies producing an impact on the technological variable and of organizations created during the period of industrialization and substitution of imports aimed at promoting the generation of domestic technological assets. On the other hand, the authors delve into the current public policies linked to technological innovation and the new means for promotion and development recently introduced. Then the National Institute for Industrial technology (INTI) is discussed. Finally, the authors examine initiatives already implemented and the way they fit in what should be the main goal of technological policy.
