Summary

Critical Theory linked to the tradition of the Institute for Social Research in Frankfurt has often been timed considering successive generations of thinkers who encouraged her. From this temporary cut, the so-called “third generation” of Critical Theory renewed its main research incorporating the German tradition of thinking developments of French post-structuralism. In the same direction, a representative of the “fourth generation”, Juliane Rebentisch, finds in the theories of Claude Lefort and Jacques Rancière new ways of addressing problems of the German idealism, such as aesthetic appearance and its always difficult link with politics. The objective of our work is to unravel the central thesis of Rebentisch regarding his reinterpretation of the aestheticization of politics. Fil: Cristobo, Matias.
