Možnosti edičného sprístupnenia testamentárneho protokolu mesta Prešova z obdobia rokov 1661 – 1759

One large testamentary protocol that capture the time interval of the years 1661–1759 is the precious sources of information for the history of everyday life and the history of spiritual culture of Prešov inhabitants. In this one official book can be well observed the gradual progress within the frame of closing last wills together at 430 testators. The part of this paper will be a detailed diplomatic analysis (changes at stated headlines, in opening, dispositional and closing parts of testaments, the role and name lists of notary public, the role of victims at closing last will, the question of sealing, the autobiographical signatures of testators, language variety, publication notes, modifications and amendments of testaments). Covering already mentioned aspects there will be analyzed the possibility of publishing in a form of regestator, in a form of “in extenso” or facsimile.
