Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa di Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 siswa dengan jumlah sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan duaskala sebagai alat ukur, yaitu Skala Motivasi Berprestasi (23 aitem, α=0,894) dan Skala Dukungan Sosial Orangtua (37 aitem, α=0,945). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah non-parametrik Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (rxy= 0,176; p= 0,178 (p>0,05)), yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan namun tidak signifikan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial orangtuamaka semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi pada siswa. Kata kunci: motivasi berprestasi, dukungan sosial orangtua, siswa
