Cuarenta años de la desaparición de Rodolfo Walsh

Rodolfo Walsh fue secuestrado y desaparecido el 25 de marzo de 1977 por la última dictadura cívico-militar de nuestro país. Horas antes había enviado algunos ejemplares de la Carta abierta de un escritor a la Junta Militar. A cuatro décadas de su desaparición, la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes organiza el ciclo anual de actividades académicas y culturales “Cuarenta años de la desaparición de Rodolfo Walsh”. La iniciativa se realiza a partir del trabajo conjunto del Departamento de Ciencias Sociales, la Escuela Universitaria de Artes, el Programa de Cultura de la Secretaría de Extensión y el Programa de Producción Televisiva. En su conjunto, las actividades planificadas buscan destacar la importancia de la figura del escritor para el campo literario, periodístico y artístico, como así también difundir y reflexionar sobre sus textos. Rodolfo Walsh was kidnapped and disappeared on March 25, 1977 by the last civil-military dictatorship of our country. Hours earlier, he had sent some copies of a Writer's open letter to the Military Board. Four decades after its disappearance, the National University of Quilmes organizes the annual cycle of academic and cultural activities "Forty years after the disappearance of Rodolfo Walsh". The initiative is carried out based on the joint work of the Department of Social Sciences, the University School of Arts, the Culture Program of the Secretariat of Extension and the Television Production Program. As a whole, the planned activities seek to highlight the importance of the figure of the writer for the literary, journalistic and artistic field, as well as to disseminate and reflect on his texts.
