Análisis sobre las enfermedades del vino y factibilidad para detectarlas en botella

"El siguiente trabajo se encuadra como tesis de grado en ingeniería industrial. El tema es el análisis de las enfermedades del vino y factibilidad para detectarlas en botella. En los primeros capítulos se introduce al lector al vino, su historia y actualidad, donde se muestra claramente la evolución que ha tenido el vino y la tendencia a desarrollar cada vez un vino de mayor calidad. Luego en los dos capítulos siguientes se sumerge al lector en la estructura fundamental del vino y las posibles enfermedades y alteraciones que el mismo puede sufrir. A continuación se presenta la factibilidad comercial de la detección de enfermedades en botella, incluyendo encuestas a los principales actores en la cadena de valor del vino. Luego en el capítulo de la factibilidad técnica, se demuestra analíticamente la posibilidad de medir una alteración en el vino, parte fundamental de este trabajo. Finalmente, se surgieren algunas alternativas de detección en botella y un plan de acción para la investigación futura en esta materia". "The following is an industrial engineering grade thesis. The subject is the analysis of wine's diseases and the feasibility to detect them in bottled wine. The work begins by introducing the reader to wine, its history and present in order to show clearly how wine has evolved and the present tendency to develop a better quality wine. On the next two chapters the reader is plunged into the wine's fundamental structure and the possible diseases that can affect it. Then follows the commercial feasibility of diseases detection in bottled wine, including surveys of the major players in the wine value chain. On the following chapter, the technical feasibility is presented where it analytically demonstrates the possibility to measure the wine alteration, one of the most critical parts of this project. Finally, a number of detectors alternatives are suggested along an action plan for future investigation on this subject".
