Análisis de la toma de decisiones, estudio de caso: el contrato INVAP-ANSTO

En este trabajo los autores realizan un acercamiento al análisis del contrato INVAP-ANSTO y las negociaciones llevadas a cabo para su aprobación, al rol que jugaron los principales actores involucrados en dicho proyecto y su puesta en marcha, con el objeto de aportar una reflexión acerca de su importancia en materia de política exterior. Dicho contrato requiere la aprobación tanto del poder ejecutivo como del legislativo para su aprobación por referirse a tecnología nuclear y puede llegar a constituirse como una variable tendiente a generar márgenes de autonomía, sin afectar el esquema de inserción en el escenario internacional. In this work the authors make an approach to the analysis of contract INVAP-ANSTO and the carried out negotiations for their approval. The role that the main actors involved in this project and its putting in execution played were, with the intention of contributing a reflection about their importance in the matter of foreign policy. This contract as much requires the approval of the Executive authority as of the Legislative one, to talk about to nuclear technology and can get to constitute itself like a tendiente variable to generate autonomy margins, without affecting the scheme of insertion in the international scene.
