Summary

Descripción general del contenido del recurso.

In different regions of Argentina, as in other parts of the world, certain species of…. Scovopsis….. Unlike most other pathogens that need to be ingested, fungi usually infect insects by active penetration through the cuticle, being able to invade insects independently of their feeding habits (Vega, Meyling, Luangsa-Ard, and Blackwell 2012). Since the insect cuticle is the first barrier encountered by fungi, they synthesise a wide variety of extracellular enzymes involved in the degradation of protein, chitin and lipids, which are the principal components of the cuticle (Pedrini, Crespo, and Juarez 2007; Schrank and Vainstein 2010). Different studies suggest that proteases and chitinases are major determinants of fungal virulence in the complex and multifactorial insect host/pathogen relationship (Fang et al. 2007). 1) Enzimas producidas em meio solido (Lore) 2) Estudo e identificação do composto amarelo (TLC?/HPLC-MS) 3) Compuestos secretados no meio (HPLC-MS) 4) Crescimento a diferentes temperaturas e meios de cultivo (para ver a resistencia que ele tem) 5) E vamos ver os VOC's (GC-MS) Fil: Masiulionis, Virginia Elena.
