The risks of troublesome MusculoSquelettiques « TMS » in Algeria: How to practice at home in Amizour in Bejaia « the hotel in Ben Merad El Mekki

In order to answer the question of well-being at work, the state of health of employees is an important issue of health at work, in particular, it is to fight against all types of occupational risks that threaten the lives of employees. in their professional environment. As a result, a set of occupational diseases emerge in the absence of good working conditions, such as musculoskeletal disorders "MSD". MSDs are the number one occupational disease in the world, either in the private or public sector. On the other hand, the theme of MSDs in Algeria is taken upside down, especially in the professional hospital environment, which means it is an organizational and management problem, and not a simple health problem. Thus, MSDs are occupational risks, linked to the appearance of many risk factors (physical, psychological and social) to which caregivers are exposed. They explain that the prevention of the latter is a necessity, it is an obligation for all, in accordance with the obligation of safety. Therefore, our research aims to answer the following questions: Can healthcare establishments fight against the physical suffering generated by work, and what prevention approach to reduce the impact of MSDs? Does the hospital take MSDs seriously? To carry out this research, we opted for the combination of the two qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, which favors complementarity, in order to properly analyze and explain the results. Thus, to use the "itamami" method to better understand the problem of MSDs, within the Amizour hospital, because this work environment, its medical profession, is affected by MSD risks. This explains why the prevention of this problem is a necessity to ensure the state of health and well-being of the staff, also to improve the working conditions within the hospital of Ben merad El Mekk, respecting ergonomic standards and rules.
