Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una Fábrica de barras y varillas trefiladas de acero

"Este proyecto estudió la prefactibilidad de producir barras trefiladas y varillas roscadas de acero en Argentina para comercializar localmente. Se realizó un estudio de mercado para comprender la potencial demanda a satisfacer, un estudio de ingeniería para analizar los requerimientos técnicos y particularidades del proyecto, un dimensionamiento económico-financiero para comprender su capacidad de generar valor y obtener demás índices relevantes, y finalmente un análisis de riesgos para mitigar mediante estrategias aquellos que generan más impacto, con el fin de maximizar la probabilidad de que el VAN fuera positivo. Se obtuvo para el escenario base un VAN del proyecto de 3.50 M U$D y TIR del 22% (con PR descontado de 4,7 años), y un VAN CFE de 0.5M U$D con TOR del 19%. Con las estrategias de mitigación, ambos VAN aumentaron más de un 30% y el período de repago descontado pasó a ser de 3.66 años".
