Diseño de ingeniería y automatización de la planta de industrialización del huevo

"Este trabajo tiene como finalidad la automatización de una planta industrial dedicada a la industrialización del huevo. El proceso de industrialización comienza con el huevo con cáscara recibido de las granjas, para convertirse en materia prima de las empresas productoras de alimentos. En este trabajo se profundiza el diseño de ingeniería de la planta (mayor detalle del funcionamiento de las máquinas, selección de máquinas existentes en el mercado y óptimas para el funcionamiento requerido, accesorios para que el huevo circule y se posibilite su funcionamiento). El diseño de ingeniería es fundamental para finalmente arribar al diseño de la automatización de la planta, con su plan de producción y funcionamiento analizado detalladamente. Por último el trabajo se concluye con el análisis económico y la decisión de automatizar la planta." "This final project intends to achieve the automation of the industrial facility regarding the egg processing. The egg processing begins with the recepction of the egg with shell from the farms, and finishes with the liquid or powder industrial egg which are at the same time, the raw material to the food industry. The engineering design is deeper in this work (a more detailed operation of the machines selection of the existent machines available on the market and optimal for the operation needed, accessories for the egg to flow through the pipeline). The engineering is fundamental in order to arrive to the automation design of the facility, with its production and operation plan. Lastly this work concludes with the economic analysis and the decision to make the automation of the egg processing facility."
