Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh friendly smart monopoly terhadap kompetensi interpersonal pada anak sekolah dasar. 24 anak dari kelas v SD Negeri Gisikdrono 02 dan 04 Semarang menjadi subjek. Desain penelitian menggunakan non-randomized pre test-post test control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan friendly smart monopoly dan kelompok kontrol tidak mendapatkan friendly smart monopoly. Manipulasi dilakukan selama delapan kali dengan kehadiran dua observer di setiap perlakuan. T-test menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal di kelompok eksperimen sebelum (M=60.00, SD=2.412), sesudah (M=65.33, SD=4.599) t(11)= -3.47, p<.05. Ada perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal pada kelompok eksperimen (M=65.33, SD=4.599) t(22)= -2.683 dan kontrol (M=60.58, SD= 4.055) p<.05 setelah perlakuan.
