Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kecenderungan post power syndrome. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive insidentalsampling. Subjek penelitian adalah lansia pensiunan pegawai PT “X” dengan jumlah 60 orang. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan dua buah skala psikologi yaitu Skala KecenderunganPost Power Syndrome (34 aitem valid, α = 0,945) dan Skala Religiusitas (27 aitemvalid (α =0.735).Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresisederhana menunjukkannilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar = -0,695 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,001) menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti, yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan kecenderungan post power syndrome diterima. Semakin tinggi religiusitas maka semakin rendah kecenderungan post power syndrome dan sebaliknya. Religiusitas memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 33% terhadap variasi kecenderungan post power syndrome.
