Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memahami tentang hardiness pada single mother yang menjadi buruh pabrik bulu mata palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis dengan metode analisis interpretative phenomenological analysis. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik purposive. Berjumlah tiga orang yang merupakan single mother dan bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik bulu mata palsu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan sebelumnya partisipan diberikan informed consent. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika ketiga subjek memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menghadapi kehidupannya saat ini. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari dinamika kehidupan single mother dalam keluarga serta keadaan pekerjaannya saat ini. Kata kunci : Single Mother, Hardiness, Buruh Pabrik Bulu Mata Palsu
