Clínicas: optimización de procesos

"El proyecto busca mejorar los resultados operativos de una clínica, y así atender las necesidades de salud de la sociedad con un buen servicio. Para esto, es necesario emplear herramientas de simulación para modelizar el sistema. El modelo debe medir el desempeño de los procesos mediante indicadores para saber qué acciones optimizan el uso de los recursos. El modelo deberá describir el comportamiento del sistema, y así permitir identificar las acciones necesarias para mejorar los resultados operativos. El objetivo del proyecto se centra en la mejora de los tiempos de atención a los pacientes y la disminución de las colas tratando de optimizar el uso de los recursos."
