Pilas: mitos y realidades

"En el presente trabajo se estudian los diferentes tipos de pilas (primarias y secundarias), con el fin de comprender no sólo su funcionamiento sino también cuáles son sus componentes y qué efectos generan en el medio ambiente. Asimismo, se analizan las diferentes formas de disposición final de las pilas, el enterramiento y reciclaje, y las estrategias hoy utilizadas en Estados Unidos y Europa en relación a este tema". "The different types of batteries are presented on this paper, with the aim to understand how batteries work and which are the effects brought to the environment by the elements that are contained in them. The different ways to dispose batteries are presented, burial and recycling, as well as the strategies used today on the United States and Europe on this matter".
