En búsqueda de innovaciones en el diseño de tablas de "wakeboard"

"El siguiente trabajo se encuadra como tesis de grado de ingeniería industrial. El tema es el de búsqueda de innovaciones en el diseño de tablas de Wakeboard. En la primera parte se introducen las variables con las que los diseñadores de tablas trabajan hoy en dia. Luego se hace un análisis del mercado en la búsqueda de un nicho no satisfecho en donde se puede introducir un nuevo producto. Se hace una presentación de propuestas de diseño, se selecciona una y se fabrica un prototipo con el que se realizan pruebas. Por último y en la búsqueda de avanzar en el proceso de diseño se incluye un estudio en donde se buscan mejoras para las tablas actuales con especial foco en los materiales de la misma." "The following is an industrial engineering grade thesys. The subject is the search of innovations in Wakeboard's design. The work begins with an introduction to the reader to the framework; followed by the history of the sport and the variables with witch the producers work in the present to develop new boards. The work continues with a market analysis searching for a target-group not stisfied by the actual board designs and their needs. The needs are translated into possible board designs, one of this is chosen to develop a working prototype on which we can make tests and obtain conclusions. The work is finished with the search of innovations in the present boards, making focus on the materials of the product. The idea of this part is to advance in another part of the design process.".
