El principal objetivo de este artículo es analizar la importancia de las categorías de Michel Foucault: gubernamentalidad, normalización e interpretación como aportes importantes para desarrollar una perspectiva crítica en derecho y derechos humanos. The main scope of this paper is to analyze the importance of Michel Foucault´s cathegories: guvernmentality, normalization and interpretation as important insights to develop a critical perspective on law and human rights.
